Season’s Greetings and our most memorable moments from 2024
As we wrap up 2024, I would like to thank you for your love and support, for following RPN’s journey, and for continuing to partner with us not just for all your property needs but also in supporting our business. Your business has enabled me to support our charitable efforts, especially the Montalban Landfill in the Philippines. You are the true champions, not RPN.
This month for Christmas, RPN will give gifts and food to the children at the landfill to bring joy to an otherwise bleak place. Also, Saddleback Church has partnered with us for the second year in a row and together, we will work with Prison Fellowship Australia’s Angel Tree project to give fifty Christmas hampers to carers of children whose parents can’t make it home for Christmas because they are in prison.
I’m truly grateful and humbled by what we have achieved this year. To all the sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants who have worked with me this year, thank you for partnering with RPN to do God’s kingdom work.
Here’s a quick recap of the significant events for RPN this past year:
January – RPN partnered with SM Development Corporation in Manila, Philippines, to provide our clients with an overseas investment option. Their Gold Residences allow investors to potentially generate lucrative rental income in a vibrant part of Manila.
February – RPN proudly achieved a pivotal milestone in our Montalban Landfill project by bringing fresh, clean water to the landfill residents. With your help, we assisted more than 120 children and their families in the community.
March – RPN partnered with local agents in the Hunter Region to provide our clients with investment opportunities in a thriving region with strong rental returns.
April – Despite the housing affordability crisis, RPN could still assist our clients in acquiring properties in Marsden Park starting at just $500,000.
May – RPN partnered with Savvy Tax to provide our clients with expert assistance with setting up their SMSF, helping them navigate the complex world of taxation, and providing advice on growing their investment portfolio.
June – RPN celebrated Philippine Independence Day at Hunter Valley, strengthening our relationship with local agents and assisting our clients in acquiring property in this booming area.
July – marked the second anniversary of the RPN Bible Study group, our local prayer group that meets at the RPN office for fellowship, prayer and sharing the Word of God.
August – we said goodbye to our beloved colleague and sales agent, Ruben Rosales, who had gone to be with the Lord. Ruben put in twenty years of exceptional work with RPN, achieving results for his many clients who have become his friends over the years.
September – RPN assisted a couple of vulnerable, elderly clients who nearly got scammed after they were almost tricked into selling their property for more than $100,000 under market value.
November – our residents from the Montalban Landfill in Manila created Christmas lanterns made from the discarded items found in the landfill. Their creativity and enthusiasm showed us the transformational power of love.
