Remembering Ruben Ramos Rosales: A Cherished Colleague and Friend, and Well-Loved by His Clients.

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Ruben Ramos Rosales, who went on to be with the Lord on August 8th, 2024. Ruben was a valued member of RPN Global Sales who dedicated over twenty years to exceptional work for us and delivering outstanding results for his many clients. Ruben’s contributions have left an indelible mark on our organisation, and we wouldn’t be where we are today without his expertise.

Ruben’s professional journey with RPN began in 2003. As a licensed real estate agent and sales manager, he helped build our business with his approachable and humble sales approach. Ruben was not your typical “pushy” salesman who used the typical sales spiel to convince people to buy. He allowed his clients to make up their own minds without persuasion. He was fond of telling his clients to “think about it, and if you like it, just get back to me.”

At the height of his career with RPN, he helped dozens of clients secure properties in Jordan Springs and Ropes Crossing, cementing RPN’s status as a reputable real estate agency in the area.

Rube was well-loved by his clients and was especially popular with his over-55s clientele. With his friendly smile, signature chequered shirt, and fine fragrance, his charm and approachability won many over. He regularly received positive feedback and was known for achieving results for his clients.

Ruben was dedicated to his work. He went above and beyond for his clients, showing them properties as late as 9 p.m. Even in the hospital, during his last days, he talked about his clients and tried to sell property to the nurses.

I have had the privilege of working with Ruben, and as sad as I am that he is no longer with us, I take comfort in knowing that he is now at rest with our Lord.

Ruben passed away on August 8th, 2024, due to complications from kidney cancer when he was being prepped for a kidney transplant. He is survived by his wife Mae, children Mitzi and Miko and grand-child Xavien.

I want to take this opportunity to celebrate the remarkable person Ruben was. His legacy will continue to inspire us to strive for excellence and to support one another, just as he did. Our thoughts and deepest condolences go out to his family during this difficult time.

Ruben will be sorely missed. However, this is not a goodbye but a see you later!

Thinking of selling your property? Don’t get scammed!

Selling your property without an agent and saving a few thousand dollars may be tempting, but selling privately has some real dangers. I recently had a couple of vulnerable, elderly clients who were almost taken advantage of when they entered negotiations to sell their home to a neighbour who was going to buy it for more than $100,000 under market value! Fortunately, I was able to save them from being scammed and help them get a more favourable result for their property.

In our Blog, we talk about the pitfalls of selling your property without an agent and the potential significant legal and financial consequences that may occur.

If you are thinking of selling your home, contact us and let our expertise and many years of experience in the industry get you the right results.
